Minimalism has quite a few misconceptions about living a bare, deprived life; but I promise you you will never feel more fulfilled, focus and fueled then when you see the ripple effect onto how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally after you begin the journey. The effect is truly profound in that it pours over into every area of your life.
We all have our own unique goals we would like to see ourselves achieve, yet we wrestle with the idea that there simply is not enough time in a day to tackle all that is expected of us, let alone dive into those deep-seated passions that have lied dormant. We can’t physically fit it all into ONE day; however, we can assess and organize our time so that we are better utilizing the time that we have.
